Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Hawaii and Alaska. Delivery to remote areas, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses may take longer than our standard estimate.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Delivery time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 3–10 business days.

Shipping cost Shipping is always free, with no minimum order value.

Carrier We ship using YunExpress and its partner delivery networks.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages We take responsibility for your order until it's delivered. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@trueseat.shop within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delays While we aim to meet the delivery estimates above, actual delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
