Axis Core™ products are seat cushions designed for general comfort and pressure distribution while sitting. They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition, including but not limited to back pain, tailbone pain, sciatica, or conditions related to pregnancy, disc injury, or mobility impairment. Individual results from using our products will vary, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax, which — if due — will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment methods made available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, submitting false or fraudulent orders, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
